Meet the Team

LOW was founded by Sally Low in 2009 with her business partner Brendan Bruce, former Director of Communications at the UK Conservative Party. The concept was – and still is – to build a creative, enquiry-driven core team supported by a wider community of experienced specialists’ who have occupied senior positions in their field of expertise. Lord Andrew Lansley – former UK Secretary of State for Health – operates as senior counsel.
