Sally Low is the Founder and CEO of LOW, responsible for ensuring that client projects are structured clearly and delivered in line with their objectives. She oversees the overall direction of the company’s work, from early-stage discussions through to delivery.

Her background is in policy and communications, with experience as an Education Adviser to the UK Conservative Party and as Director of Policy and External Affairs at the British Chambers of Commerce. During this time, she worked on SME policy at both UK and EU level, with a particular focus on regulatory burden, innovation and regional development.

Sally’s work centres on bringing together the right people and skills around a project. She manages multi-disciplinary teams, chairs international consortia, and oversees complex programmes and events, including the European Commission’s SME Assembly. Clients rely on her to maintain clarity of direction and ensure that different strands of work remain aligned.
