Theo Pedrick joined Low at the tail end of 2025, with significant experience as a Head Of Operations for multiple successful UK startups, whilst also helping to develop communications and growth strategies for both SMEs and larger conglomerates as well. 

His previous work includes running the North of London territory expansion for Uber, as well as helping to implement key operational and communicational changes for senior stakeholders in rapidly growing businesses such as White Swan Data and PostX. 

As part of Low’s expert UK team, Theo’s work includes the mapping, advising and development of new projects and business in both the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on crisis communications and procedural excellence.

He is also highly versed in the shifting UK political landscape, in particular the movement of the Overton Window, and has a keen interest in the online communications presented by all sides of the political spectrum.
