European Small Business Alliance
THE CHALLENGE
Founded in 1998, the European Small Business Alliance (ESBA) is a non-party political group which represents small businesses and the self-employed at EU level. It is one of the largest organisations based on voluntary membership in Europe. Through its direct membership, associate membership and cooperation agreements, ESBA represents more than one million small businesses in 36 European countries.
Low was appointed to manage ESBA's secretariat in August 2019. This work culminated in a larger branding project in 2020.

THE SOLUTION
Following the successful management of ESBA's secretariat in August 2019, in January 2020 LOW developed an entirely new brand identity, website, and positioning for ESBA as 'the Independent Voice for European entrepreneurs'. We also created the ESBA Manifesto for Change initiative based on an annual survey of members.
