EU4Business: Connecting Companies

EU4Business: Connecting Companies (EU4BCC) is an initiative of the European Commission and managed by Eurochambres that aims to strengthen business ties between the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region (Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan) and the European Union. As part of the EU4BCC project, LOW was tasked to organise a 6-day study visit to Brussels for 28 Business Support Organisations (BSOs) from the EaP region, the “Open-Door Mobility for BSOs”.

THE CHALLENGE

Overall, the visit yielded over 100 connections being made. Participants also drafted Individual Advocacy Action Plans to begin the process of influencing their own governments as well as the EU on those topics crucial to business.

DELIVERABLES

THE SOLUTION

Using our intricate knowledge of the Brussels business and policy landscapes, LOW organised all aspects of the visit, including multiple training sessions on topics such as advocacy in the EU, as well as a visit to the European Parliament hosted by MEP Andrius Kubilius, Co-Chair of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly.
