Alice Gibbs

UK Development Forums Trainee

Alice supports the UK Development Forums through research, policy monitoring and meeting preparation, helping clients stay informed on the planning, development and housing issues shaping their regions.

Alongside her work, Alice is studying for a Master’s in Real Estate, which gives her a strong understanding of property markets, planning policy, development viability and housing delivery. She applies this knowledge to produce clear research outputs, briefing notes and event materials that help clients engage with complex issues in a practical and accessible way.

Alice brings strong analytical, written communication and organisational skills to the team. Her role supports the delivery of well-informed forum meetings, stakeholder engagement and policy updates, ensuring clients have the insight they need to contribute to discussions on sustainable growth and development.
