Welcome to LOW London

As the Brexit dusts settles, there are signs of normalisation and improvements in the EU/UK relationship.

LOW’s new London office reflects our conviction that this is exactly the moment for a “bridge back to Brussels” for UK companies and organisations. As a British-led agency headquartered in Brussels, LOW is perfectly placed to be a trusted partner both for clients with ambitions to navigate the EU corridors of power and for European businesses with refreshed interest in the UK.

Brexit Barometer

The LOW Associates ‘Brexit Barometer’ (which we are launching in June) will measure the UK/EU relationship in terms the progress made by the UK in a) engaging more directly with the EU; b) re-building networks; and c) improving long term relationships.

The Barometer is calculated using a set of 10 indicators encompassing trade and capital flows, public attitudes, and cooperation across a range of policy areas, using official statistics, legislation, market research, and the expertise of leading analysts. The Brexit Barometer (which will be an annual event) will not only measure the current state of the relationship, but also indicate likely trends in the coming year.

Mind the gap

The ‘Mind the Gap’ report is a research report prepared by LOW which:

  • Defines the challenges brought about by the UK's new third country status with the EU;

  • Evaluates the ‘gap’ which British businesses are experiencing;

  • And explores possible solutions to the problems of operating out of a third country, using the experience of other third countries like the USA

The report draws on numerical data, social listening, and our exclusive interviews with sector experts, to analyse the attitudes, behaviours and experiences of UK organisations, associations and businesses since the 2016 referendum decision, and aims to highlight opportunities for those impacted to ‘bridge the gap’.
