Eglė joined LOW in October 2023 as a Campaign Coordinator. Her expertise encompasses crisis communication, the development of brand identities, social media campaign management and event communication strategies. 

Eglė honed her communication skills while working at the Lithuanian Ministry of the Interior during challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and the crisis of illegal migration across the EU's eastern border where she used her skills in crisis communication, media relations, social media campaigns, and EU project management. 

In the private sector, Eglė played a pivotal role in establishing the COWI brand in Lithuania. Additionally, she gained valuable experience in organizing global summits and managing communication in the shipping industry. 

Eglė has a Bachelor's degree in international communications from Mykolas Romeris University and has attended marketing and branding courses from the University of Pennsylvania, the University of London, and London Business School.

She is a native Lithuanian speaker, fluent in English.
