Sally Low

Sally Low is the Founder and CEO of LOW, responsible for seeing that all our clients achieve their objectives.  After working as an Education Adviser to the UK Conservative Party, she gained extensive experience of managing large and complex policy based communications projects from her time at the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) where she was Director of Policy and External Affairs.

In this role, Sally worked on SME policy development both at UK government and European Union level. Her particular area of policy expertise lies in measurement of regulatory burden on SMEs, together with innovation and regional policy as it affects SMEs.

Her key skills involve the management of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams of experienced specialists; chairing international consortia; the supervision of complex project management projects; creating strategies to communicate policy issues (especially those pertaining to entrepreneurship and  the environment), and the management of high status, pan-European events, such as the European Commission’s prestigious annual SME Assembly.
