Policy and Communications Assistant
Victoria joined LOW in June 2019 as a Policy and Communications Assistant. She supports the Brussels office projects with her skills and previous experience in policy research; institutional and media monitoring; creation and development of communication materials and events.
Before joining LOW, Victoria had a professional experience in the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, the Spanish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the College of European Development Office. She then became a Group trainee at European Parliament, where she worked at the International Trade Committee on various legislative and non-legislative files.
Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University Rey Juan Carlos, as well as a master’s degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies (specialization in Bi- and Multilateral Diplomacy) from the College of Europe. She is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English and has a good working understanding of French and German.
