Andrei CONSTANTIN

Policy and Communications Adviser

Andrei works as a policy and communications adviser for LOW, assisting with advocacy and outreach; program and project management; policy advice and research; stakeholder engagement; and communications strategy. His key projects include the SME Assembly, the European Academy of Paediatrics, Mozilla, and the Copernicus ‘Eyes on Earth’ Roadshow.

Andrei has a strong background in European Affairs and communications in Brussels. Prior to working at LOW, he completed his studies at the College of Europe (Bruges) before moving to Brussels and working for the European External Action Service (EEAS). Prior to LOW, he also worked as a Policy Assistant for the Representation of Gibraltar to the EU, and as the Advocacy and Communications Officer for the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD), where he was in charge of the advocacy strategy, and internal/external channels of communication.

Andrei is a Romanian native-speaker, fluent in English, and has a good knowledge of French and German.
