LOW was founded by Sally Low in 2009 with her business partner Brendan Bruce using the concept of 'a community of experienced specialists' who have occupied senior positions in their field of expertise.
These specialists join us as Associates, but can continue non-conflicting work on their other projects. A custom-built team is created for each contract from this bank of experts. Although LOW does work with some selected UK-based clients, its core strategy is to attract business primarily from clients who have pan-national projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
