Support of communications and policy for several LOW projects, including:
- social media and media monitoring;
- policy research;
- content sourcing, creation and edition;
- promotional materials.
Supporting the LOW team on in-house communications.
While completing her double major in Political Science and English at McGill University, Leila worked as a staff writer for the McGill International Review before becoming an editor. Simultaneously, she served as a Committee Director and Vice-Chair in collegiate Model United Nations conferences, worked on the executive board of McGill’s Plan International chapter, and created content for Montreal publishing company Valnet Inc.
Her studies and experiences in communications and policy led her to Brussels, where she currently works as an intern for LOW Europe.
Leila is Belgian and is a native English and French speaker, as well as fluent in Spanish.
